1. Early Access

Liminon is currently in Early Access and provided "AS-IS". Features may change, break, or be missing. Keep your own backups.

2. Your data is yours

• All content data lives on your computer and belongs to you
• You can export (JSON), migrate, or delete anything at any time
• We claim no rights to your content

3. Third-party LLMs

• When you use OpenAI / Anthropic / other LLM providers, you pay their API costs — Liminon is not in the loop
• Their terms / privacy / data-use policies are between you and them
• Local Ollama or other on-device inference involves no third party

4. No liability

• We don't guarantee accuracy / appropriateness / compliance of LLM output
• We don't accept liability for any direct or indirect loss from using Liminon
• We don't guarantee LLM provider availability / pricing / policy changes

5. Permitted use

Liminon is a personal productivity tool. You may: use it personally, for teams, or commercially; modify your local data; export to use anywhere.

You may not:

• Decompile / reverse-engineer the Liminon binary (except as your local law explicitly permits)
• Repackage and redistribute Liminon under your own brand
• Use Liminon to handle content that violates your local law

6. Updates

These terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use means acceptance.
